Ray leverages extensive experience as a highly successful entrepreneur with honed business acumen and proven expertise in the commercial real estate market. He is skilled in sales and marketing of financially distressed properties specializing in expedited marketing solutions for industrial, multi-family, shopping centers, office buildings and high-end estate homes.

Ray is committed to providing the fastest, most effective real estate solutions to commercial and high-end residential property owners who are burning through cash at an unsustainable rate to help them retain and/or reallocate their remaining assets.

Rich Henderson
Director, Business Development

Rich combines years of corporate management and private entrepreneurship to bring substantial business knowledge to the AUCTIONFORCE™ team. In addition to his experience as a Florida real estate licensing instructor, he has managed major profit centers in Houston, Cleveland, and South Florida for substantial corporations. He also was a Latin American manager for a major company. Experienced in investment finance and business management, he brings a depth of comprehension to the needs of the real estate owner who may be faced with distressed property and who may be looking for an alternative to the traditional real estate marketing methods.

He has a M.A. degree from the University of Texas and a B.A. degree from the University of Richmond. Languages spoken, written, and read include English and Spanish.
